• Pool Decking & Patio Pavers — Paver pool decks are the South Florida default for a structural reason, not a fashionable one: when a section settles you lift it, re-level the base and set it back in an afternoon, instead of hiring a jackhammer. Our ground moves and our rain arrives in quantities that embarrass other states, and a paver field on a properly compacted base handles both far better than a monolithic slab.
• Pool Screen Enclosures & Cages — A pool screen enclosure changes daily life with a pool more than any water feature will: it keeps leaves out of your filter, keeps mosquitoes and no-see-ums off you at dusk, cuts the UV load on your water, and drops the weekly debris load enormously. In Miami-Dade it also has to be engineered and permitted for High Velocity Hurricane Zone wind loads, which is the part that separates a real enclosure from an expensive pile of aluminum waiting for a storm.
• Spa & Hot Tub Installation — Spa installation in Hialeah is worth doing for the sound, the separate seating and the cold plunge more than for the hot water, and we would rather say that plainly than sell you a fantasy about steam rising into a snowy night.
